This study aimed to identify the impact of the marketing of educational services to achieve the goals of Shaqra University - a field study, in order to measure the impact of marketing of educational services and their compatibility with the labor market requirements and achieve the objectives of the target groups of students and the community, and others.

The study found that the marketing of educational services have an impact on the achievement of the objectives of Shaqra University of objectives Saudi society development through graduation distinct cadres in various fields, although the marketing mix for educational services elements affect in attracting a large number of candidates of various educational programs Shaqra University, and is a marketing educational services is the means by which to identify the needs and requirements of the labor market in accordance with the educational programs available or proposed as needed.

The study recommended giving consideration to application of scientific foundations and rules for the marketing of educational services and linked to the objectives of the university in order to graduate distinguished scientific cadres, it must also be linked to the marketing of educational services and the requirements of the labor market; that educational programs are tailored to the needs of the labor market.
