English Abstract
Nano–sized synthetic fluoroapatite FAP 80 and natural phosphate rock fluoroapatite 81 samples were prepared and characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) .
Synthetic copper fluoroapatite CuFAP 83 and copper phosphate rock fluoroapatite 84 were prepared by adsorption of copper acetate 82 on the surface of fluoroapatite samples.
Synthetic copper fluoroapatite as well as natural copper phosphate rock fluoroapatite were used to affect N-arylation of imidazole 76 with pnitrobromobenzene 85 to give 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-imidazole 86 in 74 %, 53 % yield respectively.
1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-Pyrrol 93 was prepared by the reaction of pyrrol 46 with p-nitrobromobenzene 85 in 95%.
1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-imidazole 86 was prepared by the reaction of imidazole 76 with p-nitrobromobenzene 85 in the presence of copper iodide and potassium phosphate in 58% yield.
Diphenylamine 19b was prepared by three method , the first method by the reaction of aniline 13 and bromobenzene 16 in the presence of bromotris(triphenylphosphine)copper (Ι) 98 in 70% yield, the second method by the reaction of aniline 13 and iodobenzene 56 in the presence of copper iodide in 20% yield, the third method by the acetanilide 89 and bromobenzene 16 in the presence of copper iodide and nitrobenzene in 20% yield.
Organic compounds 19b,92, 86, 93, were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR , and HRMS
