Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى التوافق الزواجي و علاقته بمستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات الاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، و تم استخدام أداتا قياس الأولى حول التوافق الزواجي و الأداة الثانية حول الصلابة النفسية تم تطبيقها على (170) من أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الحكومية في دولة الكويت، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من التوافق الزواجي لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة سواء في الدرجة الكلية أو الأبعاد، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن التوافق الزواجي يتنبأ بالصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال، و الى وجود فروق في متوسط درجات التوافق الزواجي تبعا لنوع الإعاقة و ذلك لصالح امهات الأطفال المعاقين بصريا، في حين لم تظهر النتائج فروقا تبعا لمتغير الصلابة النفسية، كما توصلت إلى عدم و جود فروق بين امهات الاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في التوافق الزواجي و الصلابة النفسية تبعا لمتغير عمر الطفل، و على ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات أهمها توعية المرأة بخصائص الطفل ذو الاحتياجات الخاصة و طرق التعامل معه من خلال حثها على التثقف من خلال مواقع خاصة عبر شبكة الانترنت و النشرات وتشجيعها على زيارة استشاري العلاقات الزواجية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the marital adjustment and its relationship to the level of psychological hardiness among mothers of children with special needs, descriptive method Correlative used through two instruments the first is to measure marital adjustment.

Second tool is to measure mental toughness.

170 questionnaires applied on mothers of children with special needs in government centers in the capital of Kuwait.

The study results to the existence of the average of marital compatibility level among mothers of children with special needs, , and the results indicated that the mothers of the study sample had an average of psychological hardness level, the study pointed out that marital adjustment interpreted psychological hardness among mothers of children , also found that mothers of children in the visually impaired better marital adjustment of mothers of disabled children and mentally impaired, and no differences between mothers of children with special needs in the marital adjustment and psychological hardness variable depending on the age of the child,.

Based on the results, the results have been reached with some recommendations from the Women's awareness of the characteristics of a child with special needs and ways to deal with it by encouraging parent and education through special sites across the internet, flyers guiding and encouraging them to visit a consultant marital relation.
