English Abstract
The present study aims to measure the impact of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of the construction projects related to controlling mechanism of electrical materials in used to implement construction projects with high quality ,less time and low cost, for these purpose this study will investigate the impact of each element separately or all these elements jointly.
In this study the descriptive analytical method was used as an appropriate methodology for this kind of studies by using SPSS.
The results have shown that the Company gives a proper attention to planning, monitoring and evaluation in the construction projects because it obtains competitive advantages through them, at the same time the company adopt and developed planning in order to help in making the right decisions.
Lastly the study concluded that using a certain planning strategy helps to determine the proper evaluation, monitoring system to increase productivity and efficiency which leads to increase profitability, and planning is the first tool in reducing expenses in the resources of construction projects
