Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to identify the impact of the excellence criteria represented in (leadership, strategy, manpower, partnerships, resources and operations) on the performance of Civil Aviation Corporation by a field study of various civil aviation units.

The study employs the descriptive methodology along with questionnaire and collected data .A suitable specific sample has been used as 150 questions have been distributed to workers of various civil aviation units.

The response rate was 87%.

(SPSS) program has been used and the study achieved a number of results showing that most of the excellence criteria were negative which indicates the failure to properly activate such criteria.

The study urged the civil aviation leadership to take care of the various aspects of the excellence criteria to in order to achieve positive performance results.The paper proposed the performance of further future studies on the excellence criteria due to their impact on performance.
