English Abstract

The aim of this paper is to define the nature and position of the orthographic information found in dictionaries.

After observing that words spelling is not only iocatcd in the article entries, it comes to choosing the appropriate theory to describe the structure of dictionary articles.

Spelling appears to be implicitly defined in some key points of the article, while it is also located, more or less clearly, in other areas.

French Abstract

Cct articic a pour but dc dlfinir objcctivcmcnt la nature et la place des informations orthographiqucs que I’on trouve dans les dictionnaircs.

Aprcs lc constat quc l'orthographc d’un mot nc sc limite pas a l’cntree de 1’artide du dictionnaire, il s’agit de choisir le modele thcoriquc adcquar pour decrirc la structure dc Parade.

On observe alors quc l’orthographc se dlfinic tacitement dans certains points cl£s dc l’article, tandis qu’clle est Igalement presence dc fa^on alcatoiie et plus ou moins daire dans d’autres zones.
