Abstract EN

This study attempts to answer the following questions: 1) what is the current status of multiple intelligences among mathematics attending the Jordanian universities? 2) How courses studied by mathematics students in Jordanian universities affect their mathematical reasoning intelligence? 3) What is the physical effect of the university on the mathematical reasoning intelligence and other multiple intelligences among mathematics students? Results showed that: 1) Proactive intelligences was rated top (M=3.86) followed by the mathematical reasoning intelligence (M=3.54).

2) There were statistically significant differences in the mathematical reasoning intelligence among freshmen and graduate students for the sake of graduates.

3) There were no statistically significant differences attributed to university or gender variables.
