Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى المظاهر الدالة على الواسطة الأكاديمية و أسبابها في جامعات جنوب الأردن من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وعلاقة ذلك ببعض المتغيرات، و تحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم إعداد أداة مكونة من (49) فقرة، جرى التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، و تكونت عينة الدراسة التي اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من (810) من الطلبة المسجلين في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2016/2017، و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المظاهر الدالة على الواسطة الأكاديمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة في جامعات جنوب الأردن جاء مرتفعا، فيما أظهر النتائج أن (الأسباب الاجتماعية) جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، يليها مجال (الأسباب الأكاديمية )، ثم مجال (الأسباب الشخصية)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيري (النوع الاجتماعي والجامعة) على مستوى المظاهر الدالة على الواسطة الأكاديمية و أسبابها في جامعات الجنوب من وجهة نظر الطلبة.
فيما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير (الكلية) على مستوى المظاهر الدالة على الواسطة الأكاديمية و أسبابها في جامعات الجنوب و لصالح طلبة الكليات العلمية.
و أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير (المستوى الدراسي و التقدير الجامعي) على مستوى المظاهر الدالة على الواسطة الأكاديمية في جامعات الجنوب من وجهة نظر الطلبة، ففي المستوى الدراسي جاءت لصالح طلبة السنة الرابعة، و في التقدير الجامعي جاءت لفئة الطلبة من ذوي التقدير الجامعي (ممتاز).
و في ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها : ضرورة تفعيل الرقابة على أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية للوصول إلى جودة عالية في الأداء و ضمان إعطاء الطلبة كافة حقوقهم.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the manifestations of academic mediation and its reasons in the universities of the south of Jordan from the perspective of students as well as the relationship of that with some variables.
In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of 49 items; its reliability and validity were verified.
The study sample consisted of 810 students, who were chosen randomly from the students enrolled in the second semester for the academic year 2016/2017.
The results showed that the level of manifestations of academic mediation from the perspective of students in the universities of the south of Jordan was high.
While the results showed that the social reasons were in the first place, followed by the academic reasons, then the personal reasons.
The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the variables of ( gender, and university) regarding the level of manifestations of academic mediation and its reasons from the perspective of students in the universities of the south of Jordan, while the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of faculty regarding the level of manifestations of academic mediation and its reasons in the universities of the south of Jordan in favor of those in scientific faculties.
The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of academic level and university estimation regarding the level of manifestations of academic in the universities of the south of Jordan from the perspective of students; in the academic level it was in favor of the fourth year students and in the university estimation it was for those who obtained an estimation of excellent.
In the light of these results, the researchers recommended about activating monitor over the performance of the faculty members so as to reach a high level of performance, and to ensure that the students received all their rights.
