Abstract EN

Irritation of the colon disorder is one of disorders caused by exposing an individual to psychological pressure and the consequent destructive negative emotions which does not just cause diseases but makes physiologic and chemical changes in the body.

In order to know that, the researcher relied deliberate sample composed of (28) students, (15) of them are diagnosed with disorder and irritation of the colon, (13) Students are not infected.

To measure the emotional intelligence, the researcher used an instrument (Samih 2008); and to measure the chemical variables, the researcher used a central device for separation blood samples taken from infected and non-infected group.

Using the statistical means ‘Mann – Whitney’, the results showed a statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence for the benefit of the non-infected individuals, the results also showed a statistically significant differences in the level of biochemical variables in antioxidants and in favor of normal individuals.

With exception of the effectiveness of the enzyme ‘Allsoppraoxaddesmiotiz’ SOD, there are no statistically significant differences among the group of normal individuals in its effectiveness on patients with colon irritation compared with the normal group of individuals.
