Abstract EN

The study aimed identify the quality of management within the physical education departments in colleges of basic education in Iraq.

The sample of the study consisted of 79 male and female teaching staff, and it has been taken randomly in Physical Education departments in the faculties of basic education in Iraq.

The researcher used a questionnaire evaluating academic performance of sports leaders.

The Findings of the study have resulted that gender affect the objectivity of the evaluation process and stability in the educational fields.

Moreover, the length of service on the objectivity and the stability of the evaluation process in educational fields.

In addition, certificate affects on the objectivity and the stability of the evaluation process in educational fields.

The researcher recommended the need to work on strengthening the principle of focusing on the beneficiary student because they form the basic axis in total quality management.

It can be done by continuing to listen to them to learn more about their needs and expectations and fulfill them.

Also, the researcher recommends conducting a prospective study on the faculties and departments of physical education from the point of view of the students and the community
