Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the relationship between the organizational culture and the evaluation of the performance of the preparatory female teachers.

As the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the sample search included teachers of AlRisalaa intermediate school of girls totaling (40) School in Al Karkh Educational Directorate.

They were chosen randomly as the percentage of the sample (72.7%), as a questionnaire has been prepared of scale (Organizational culture) prepared previously after making some modifications to fit the school environment.

As for the performance evaluation, the researcher has adopted a class set by the Director of the teachers to assess the performance (teaching) for each school of the sample in order to find the relationship, then the researcher used statistical package of Social Sciences (spss) to deal with the results of her research, the researcher has found the existence of a significant correlation between organizational culture and performance evaluation of preparatory teachers.
