Abstract EN

The study about preparation of hot methanolic extract (70%) and cold ethanolic extract of Nigella sativa seeds .

The diagnosis of preparated of two extraction by used preliminaryqualitative reagent .

The antimicrobial activity of these two extract on three type of microbes , two are gram positive ( bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus ) .

and one was gram negative E .

coli .

The bacteria Staph.aureus was more sensitve than E.

coli for hot methanolic extract (70%) , and the cold ethanolic extract was less inhibition aganist Bacillus cereus and Staph .

aureus but the two extracts did not show any inhibition against gram negative bacteria E.coli.
