تصميم و بناء منظومة متحسس غازي لأغشية (ZnO)‎ و دراسة تأثير السمك على خصائص المتحسس لأبخرة الأيثانول و الميثانول و الأسيتون

Abstract EN

In this paper , zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films are prepared with different thicknesses (58 , 69 , 77)nm by using the (Sol - Gel) technique .

We design and fabricate the gas sensor system and the properties of the sensor are studied for various chemical gases (ethanol, methanol, and acetone) .

Nitrogen gas (N2) is used to transport these gases with rate of flow equals to (1, 2, 3, 4) L / min .

The study of the gas sensor properties and includes the (current - voltage) (I - V) property and (current - time) (I - t) property for all these vapors .

The response of these thin films for all these vapors is calculated .The electrical properties of the sensor are found to obey Ohm's law .

The electrical conductivity of these thin films are found to be higher than in the case of exposure to the over mentioned vapor than that in the case of measure under normal weather condition .

The sensitivity of these thin films , when the ethanol is used , are found to be (101.228 , 78.183 and 22.858) for the sample thickness (58 , 69 and 77)nm respectively.
