Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of time management in facing work pressures that include work environment, nature of work, family requirements, task conflict, and task ambiguity in the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences as a model for the rest of the faculties at the University of Al-Baha.

The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive and the case study methods; also a questionnaire was used as a tool to gather the necessary data to test the hypothesis of the study, which was based on the existence of a relationship between time management and work pressure.

The most important finding of this study is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between time management and work pressure that include work environment, nature of work, family requirements, task conflict, and task ambiguity.

Accordingly, the study recommended reducing and addressing the pressures resulting from the environment and nature of work and other pressures through good time management, and exploiting it to serve the interest of work.
