Business is considered one of the main sources of development of the countries , which resulted in the need for attention by academics and researchers beside entrepreneurial.

So the Algerian state has adopted strategy witch based on setting of financial incentives and accompanying , for young in general and the university in particular, because they are qualified for it , but that the success of this strategy depends on their maturity of entrepreneurial thought at this slide.

This paper aims to explain the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship also aims to introduce the latest styles and one that can be followed in order to establish entrepreneurial culture .

And push young people toward the field of business .

The most important results of this study is the need to think in the creation of an integrated system witch working on spreading of the entrepreneurial culture and revive the entrepreneurial sense in society.
