This paper presents an overview of the legal system for non-profit companies in light of the Jordanian Companies Law No.
22 of 1997 and its amendments and the Regulation for Non-Profit Companies No.
73 of 2010 and its amendments.
This article focuses on the formation of a non-profit company, its registration, and the forms of non-profit companies.
The article also examines the name (title) of a non-profit company, its objectives, revenues and duties, and the transformation and merging of non-profit companies.
