The growth rates which had been studied were (Total and daily weight gain, the relative and qualitative growth, the efficiency rates of food and feed conversion for juvenile) and study the characteristics of the blood (the concentration of hemoglobin, haematocrit value, number of red and white blood cells, and measuring the activity of liver enzymes (AST, ALP ALT).

Ninety fish were used at a rate of weight (60 ±2) g distributed randomly, 6 fish per basin, 15 glass basin were used.

The experiment was divided to five treatments with three replicates per treatment and the fish fed with high protein content diet (31.34 ±0.3) % and 3% by weight per day, different levels of oil and garlic powder were added to the pilot diets, garlic powder concentration of 20 g / kg and 30 g / kg feed for treatment T4 and T5 and garlic oil concentration of 200 mg / kg and 300 mg / kg feed for treatment T2 and T3, respectively , as well as the control treatment (T1) devoid of garlic.

The experiment lasted for a period of 70 days.

The results showed that the best diets is the fifth treatment as it gave good results for the growth traits studied, as results showed that the fifth treatment outweigh significantly (P < 0.05) on all experimental treatments.

The results showed that the parameters of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin concentration, the packed cell volume (PCV) and total protein of the serum has risen significantly within the level (P <0.05) for the fifth treatment compared with the rest of the transactions, while the levels of liver enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP) decreased significantly in all treatment containing powder and garlic oil compared to the control.
