The principle regulates the experts of certain crafts and professions, which are socially productive, is to be collectively obliged on the basis of social needs.

However, individuals might be personally obliged in particular catastrophes to maintain these services and continue the social well-being and welfare of the community.

The study poses this question: Is it lawful for a State to enforce crafts' experts to continue their jobs? The research deliberates this question economically and endeavors to answer it from an Islamic point of view.
