دراسة مدى ملائمة بعض نباتات الطاقة البديلة (الجاتروفا و المورينكا)‎ للنمو في محافظة ذي قار جنوبي العراق

Abstract EN

The field experiment was conducted for study the adaptation of some alternative energy plants for the growth at the environmental conditions of Thi Qar in southern region of Iraq by cultivating Jatropha curcas L.

and Moringa oleifera Lam.

seedling and using RCBD design.

The results by using the Analysis of Covariance for R.C.B.D.

are showed the moringa seedlings gave significant effects for height of plant and number of branches (154.3 cm ,11.66 ) respectively while the jatropha seedlings gave the high significant effects for survival percetage (99.6)and the stem diameter (4 cm ) , and so the two genuses are showed high resistance to environmental condition of the region.
