Abstract EN

After 2003 Iraq had witnessed abig change in his regional relations, It sought to build strong relationships with many Arab states especially those in the northern part of the African continent .including Libya ,Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria.

It relations with these states before 2003 was characterized by tension and instability because of region of and international variables .

Libya is considered one of the state, that had ebb and flew in its relations with Iraq during that era, but it had changed on different aspects, because it-Iraq-tried to start genuine cooperation build on mutual interest to serve both countries.
