Abstract EN

The article is aiming at showing the importance of the sharia ( Islamic law ) purposes with regard to Idjtihad ( assiduity ) whether concerning the legal status ( according ti Islamic law ) or Fatwa ( advisory opinion ) and that the understanding of the those purposes is of the main conditions to be for the Mudjtahid ( diligent ) and the Mufti ( advisor ) .

At the same time shawing the major drawbacks resulting from not taking those sharia purposes into consideration
