Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the problems of the Ajloun university college faculty members.

For this purpose a questionnaire was designed consisted of tow parts : the first part included the following demographic variables : gender , age teaching experience and specialization the second part included(69)items distributed on six dimensions , the financial , academic , scientific research , administrative , students and the problems related to relationships and local community.

The study sample consisted of 41 faculty members ( 58.8%) of the total population .

The result revealed the existence of these problems among faculty members.The researchers suggested some of the following recommendations : The need to ensure adequate offices,supports and to increase salaries for faculty members ,the necessity of accelerating the constructions and equipping of appropriate premises of the college, provide adequate support for research, and support the participation of faculty members in foreign conferences and the importance of taking into consideration the problems highlighted by this study
