Abstract EN

the realization of economic and social sustainable development is linked to the availability of adequate and regular power sources .It depends on the resources available to use as much as possible, supports suitable living conditions of the population and that requires a mixture balance of traditional and renewable resources, reduces environmental impacts on public health and the environment created by the production and consumption of energy.

And as the Maghreb countries have high levels of renewable energy sources and the development of techniques and systems of these sources including a large number is put into commercial use .This opens perspectives to contribute to the availability of energy required for the development of countries in the region in compliance with environmental and health standards.
