Modern organizations became sure that it is not possible for them to progress and access to the boom or lead, without investing in the creativity, especially in the light of the changes and transformations of the economic, social, political, and technological issues, so these organizations seek to create an environment for individuals creativity, by giving them opportunities for errors, and making possible the achievement of other requirements which encourage creativity, and at the same time working to avoid obstacles.
