This study aimed at investigating the degree of the effect of organizational conflict in Palestinian Universitieson on the employees' performance from their viewpoint.

To collect the necessary data, the researcher prepared a questionnaire which was valid and constant with coeffieient 86%.

To test the study hypothesis, the researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology and statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), including arithmetic mediations, standared deviations and ANOVA, and the study revealed: 1- There is an effect of organizational conflict in Palestinian Universitieson at statistical level (α≤0.05) on the employees' performance from their viepoint with moderate degree.

2- There is an effect of organizational conflict in Palestinian Universitieson at statistical level (α≤0.05) on the employees' performance from their viepoint attributed to the variables (Age for who were less than 35 years old favor, Experience for the category less than 5 years old favor, Scientific qualification for Bachelors and less holders favor, Place of work for An-Najah National University favor.

3-There is no effect of organizational conflict in Palestinian Universitieson at statistical level (α≤0.05) on the employees' performance from their viepoint attributed to the variables (Sex, Nature of Job).

In the light of study results, the researcher recommends: 1-To apply modern managerial strategies in dealing with organizational conflict in the Palestinian Universities.

2- Fac ilitate communications between managerial levels and units in the Universities.

Improve employees' salaries and their work conditions 3-Improve job circumstances at palestinian universities in order to increase their attitudes level toward its policies.

Urge for further studies.
