Résumé: It's the most important rights that result in human to get it is to live in a healthy environment and of the environment where it is able to progress in various fields and provide a positive result, as the Charter of the United Nations recognized the right to a secure life within the carefree healthy environment.

The evolution of the concept of international development for the last decade was so in each period reflects the known requirements, a multiplicity of areas covered by the international development of even human development, economic development and environmental and linked closely to human rights.
