The study aimed to identify the academic and administrative problems facing the faculty members in some of the emerging Saudi university, It also aimed to identify whether there is a statistically significant differences in the responses of the members of the study samples based on (university, sex, nationality, academic rank, years of experience), the researcher used the questionnaire and the descriptive analytical approach.

The population of the study consisted of the faculty members in (Shaqraa, Najraan and Tabuk universities), and the study had found a range of results the most notable was:- 1.

The members of the study sample largely agree that the most important academic problems in the emerging Saudi universities (the students desire is limited to collect the scientific material from lectures and abstracts without returning to the scientific references). 2.

The members of the study samples largely agree that the most administrative problems in the emerging Saudi universities, most notable was (the absence of financial incentives for the outstanding faculty member). 3.

The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the faculty members about (the academic and administrative problems facing the faculty members in some of the emerging Saudi universities) depending on the variable of sex and academic rank, and there were a statistically significant differences on the responses of the members of the study members depending on the variable of university, years of experience and nationality). 4.

The most prominent proposals of the study are: (improving the faculty members’ performance, constructing an integrated university cities including educational buildings and Housing complexes for faculty members). 5.

The study recommended the improvement of the faculty members’ performance in the emerging Saudi universities and to pay attention to their social and financial problems.
