After the fall of the prior Iraqi political system in 2003 which leads to the lack of stability, some armed groups which find the United States of America an enemy have get in the country and they fight the American troops because they are considered as an occupation army, and they fight the Iraqi army because it is considered to be in an alliance with the American troops in addition to the explosions that kill the civilians.
