This study was carried out at the Poultry farm of Animal Resource, College of Agriculture, Tikrit University from 28/3/2013 to 2/6/2013 The present study was conducted to explore the usage of different levels of Neem (Azadirachta indica) Seeds powder and aqueous extract to Performance, Physiological and producing of the Broiler Chickens, used in the experiment 525 chicks of broiler meat from nonnaturalized hybrids (Hubbard), day were distributed randomly at the age of seven days to seven treatments each treatment has three repeater and each repeater has 25 chicks were as follows: T1 Control without any addition, T2, T3 and T4 add powdered seeds of the neem to feed ratios of 1.5, 2 and 2.5 g / kg feed respectively, T5, T6 and T7 add extract of the seeds of the neem to drinking water rates 20.30 and 40 ml / liter of water respectively.

The results of the study showed that: A significant increasing (p <0.05) in treatment with aqueous extract of neem seed in concentration 20 to 40 ml / liter of drinking water in body weight (g) and body weight gain , and recorded the better rate of feed conversation ratio at the age of 5 and 6 weeks compared to the control group.

Significant statistical correlation (p<0.05) is seen for the relative heart weight in all the treated groups, while non-significant differences was noticed for the relative liver weight.

Also, the second treatment group showed the highest dressing percentage, while the seventh group showed the least relative weight for the abdominal fat.

Non-significant differences was noticed with addition of Neem seed extract or powder for both total bacteria and the bacteria in the colon.
