Abstract EN

The current research seeks to determine the concept of security media through exploring the views of journalists working in the field about the subject .in order to find out the extent of their knowledge of it and especially to know the obstacles they face in the field, away from the theoretical explanation, we have elaborated a questionnaire aimed at journalists working for Elkhabar, Ennasr and Elwatan daily newspapers.

The collected answers have been present and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively to reveal the reality of security media as seen by journalists in Algeria.
