The bifurcation analysis of a stage structured prey food web model with refuge

In this paper, the conditions of the occurrence of local bifurcation (such as saddle node, transcritical and pitchfork) along with Hopf bifurcation near each of the equilibrium point are established.

Numerical analysis for different sets of parameter value and for different sets of initial conditions are carried out to investigate the influence of parameters on the dynamical behavior of the model and to support our obtained analytical results of the model.
