The study revealed the difficulties of using computer based labs in teaching laboratory experiments of science in secondary stage in Saudi Arabia, The sample of the study is represented in all the male and female science teachers of all science branches in secondary schools in Makkah, that include computer based labs.

They are 35 female teacher and 98 male teacher.

The researcher used a questionnaire about the difficulties of using computer based labs, made by the researcher.

The study used descriptive analytical approach to answer the questions and to conclude the results of the study, the following analytical methods:  Repetitions, percentages and weightings  The calculation of the value (T).

 One Way Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and the calculation of the value (F).

Conclusions of the study: Identifying the most important difficulties of using computer based labs in teaching laboratory experiments of science branches to secondary stage from the prospective of the secondary stage male/female science teachers according to the questionnaire topic which are : male/female students of the secondary stage, male/female teachers of the science branches, science curriculum, school system, the nature of the computer based lab.

 There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of the responses of the male/female teachers to the benefit of the female teachers.

 No a statistically significant difference was found between the two averages of the responses of the highly experienced and the low experienced .

 No a statistically significant difference was found between the two averages of the responses of the educationally prepared/ unprepared  No a statistically significant difference was found among the averages of the responses of difficulties of using computer based labs in teaching laboratory experiments to the male/female teachers' specialization ( biology- chemistryphysics).
