Abstract EN

The Jordanian Juvenile Justice System has its external environment involving development opportunities according to the standard development models.

To determine the level of the Jordanian Juvenile Justice System and its compliance for these models, it was subjected to assessment twice, the first assessment being individual and including every model on its own, and the second one being collectiveincluding all models combined together.

The assessment information and data in this study were derived from research studies reports of the Jordanian Juvenile Justice System and the summary of the intendedremark regarding what is happening in its environment due to changes and the results of the content analysis of its official documents and the outputs of the interviews with some of its institutions symbols, which were processed statistically according to some descriptive and inferential statistics coefficients.

The study showed that compliance level of the Juvenile Justice systemto the principles andstandards of itsoptimal global models combined with each other is low, for it reached 42.85%, with the principles and standards being individual, being low in the schematic model (28.53%) and the standard model (42.85%) and average in the human rights model (57.17%)with statistically significant differences
