Abstract EN

This paper aims to display the new intellectual approach that is based on knowledge assets, chiefly the human element with an indication of the importance of investing in it by displaying its own development and the development of mechanisms, and to clarify aspects of the difficulty that is posed by the nature of non concrete in measuring returns in addition to the renovation of specific model to measure intellectual assets.

R e s u lts of the study showed that the university is committed to its decisions and long-term responsibilities to convert human capital (credits) to results (flow) and shows that this flow can be measured through specialized publications and the launch of products and knowledge-based services in addition to the overall performance of the measurement of the University by subscription in global databases and access to quality educational service awards that was built as a model .
