Pminimal blocking sets in pg(2, 7)‎ and lower bounds of the sixth and seventh blocking sets

Abstract EN

In this paper the minimal blocking sets of size 13 in PG(2,7) is classified we find an example of minimal blocking sets of size 13 with at most 5-secant and the existence of the minimal blocking sets of Rédei-type of size 13 is proved some important properties of the blocking set of size 13 in PG(2,7) is given.

Also we find the lower bounds of sixth and seventh blocking sets in PG(2,16).
