Abstract EN

The research deals with a chronic problem which repeats after every awhile, i.e., repetitive transgression over the endowment wealth.

The transgression over the endowment wealth had happen in Cairo, so the dissertation of Imam Najmuddin Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Ali Al-Ghayti (D:981 A.H) emerged for refuting the suspicions and establishing the truth.

The aim of the researcher by revisiting this dissertation is to treat the issue related to wasting of public wealth, similarly to reap the attention of researcher towards reproducing that useful heritage.

It is also, from another edge, calling for the protection of endowment wealth and preserving it intact.

The research concluded that the endowment wealth is much needed now than at any point of time in the past in terms of its overseeing, prevention and investment; the researcher also suggests for paying a special attention to the heritage of nation which is in need of the same.
