Abstract EN

As mediation is the fastest means of settling disputes, its importance and its role, as a significant tool to settle collective labour disputes and contribute to the social peace of the modern labour law, have increased.

This study aims to analyze and demonstrate the effects of the mediation procedures for settling collective labor disputes that are commonplace in the Algerian existing legislation.

In this context, this research is not restricted to show the legal framework that governs mediation but extends to explore the difficulties and the limitations that hinder the use of this regime in the real life practices.
