Abstract EN

In this paper a study of two parameter (depth (d) and diameter (D)) for geometric parabolic antenna.

The antenna focal length (F) for five different values of (D) (200,300,500,700,900 cm) is calculated .also the power pattern antenna for these different antennas are also calculated and plotted.

The half power beam width (HPBW) for each pattern is calculated.

The angular resolving power (Ѳ) for each antenna is calculated which gives concluded that, for smaller (Ѳ),(D) must be bigger.

the frequency used in this paper is the frequency of a hydrogen atom (1.4 GHz) .
