English Abstract

The project aimed to study the Moderating effect of Moral Intelligence on the relationship between Leadership Competencies and Organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan.

The study population consisted of all employees in International Organization for Migration – Jordan.

To achieve the study goals the study used descriptive analytical method in addition for using multiple regression analysis and Hierarchical Multiple Regression analysis to examine the hypotheses of the study.

The study reached a number of results; there is a certain statistical effect of Leadership Competencies (Acumen, Results Orientation and Flexibility) on organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05); there is an important moderate effect of Moral Intelligence on the relationship between Leadership Competencies and organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05); there is an important moderate effect of Integrity on the relationship between Leadership Competencies and organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05).

there is an important moderate effect of Responsibility on the relationship between Leadership Competencies and organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan and there is a significant moderate effect of Cooperation on the relationship between Leadership Competencies and organizational Reputation in International Organization for Migration – Jordan.

The study recommended that international Organization for Migration – Jordan can help their employees to increase their competencies through trainings.
