Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التحديات السياسية وتأثيرها على الأمن المجتمعي 2011-2016.

استخدمت الدراسة المنهجية التاريخية والمنهج التحليلي، وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين التحديات السياسية والأمن المجتمعي العربي خلال الفترة 2011-2016.

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التحديات السياسية تعد أحد الأسباب الرئيسية في عدم استقرار الأنظمة السياسية وانتشار الفساد العام والقصور في حماية حقوق الملكية وضعف التوازن الاقتصادي.

كما أظهرت النتائج أن من أهم الآثار التي خلفتها التحديات السياسية والتي أثرت على الأمن المجتمعي في المنطقة العربية الآثار الاقتصادية السلبية وانتشار الفقر والبطالة بين أبناء الوطن العربي، وخاصة في المناطق والدول الفقيرة، بالإضافة إلى تفكيك المجتمعات وزيادة وتيرة القتل والسلب والجريمة بين أبنائها.

وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن يصمم صناع القرار خطط منهجية لمعالجة الأوضاع السياسية السيئة في الوطن العربي والحد من انتشارها؛ وضرورة أن تعالج الجهات المسؤولة الأوضاع الاقتصادية السلبية في البلاد العربية لما لها من آثار جسيمة على الوطن العربي ككل.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the political challenges and its impact on the Arab social security 2011-2016.

Historical and analytical approaches were used.

The study based on the hypothesis that there is a correlation between the political challenges and social security during the period 2011-2016.

The results revealed that political challenges considered one of the main causes of the instability of the Political systems, corruption spread, deficiencies in the protection of property rights, and poor economic balance.

Furthermore, the results showed that one of the most important impacts of the political challenges that have affected the social security in the Arab region is the negative economic impacts, the spread of poverty, and Unemployment among the citizens of the Arab world, especially in the poor countries.

In addition to, the dismantling of societies and increasing the frequency of murder, robbery and crime among their citizens.

The study recommended the need for decision-makers to design systematic plans to address the political situation in the Arab world and reduce its spread.

Moreover, responsible authorities should deal with the negative economic conditions in the Arab countries that have serious effects on the Arab world as a whole.
