Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تفعيل التعليم الدمجي لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة مأدبا، ومع اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات البيئة المدرسية والمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور، والبرامج التربوية والتعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ووضوح دور المعلم وطبيعته، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من (203) معلم ومعلمة وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: أن درجة تفعيل مديري المدارس الخاصة للتعليم الدمجي من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة مأدبا كان متوسطا على الدرجة الكلية، وجاءت جميع مجالات الاستبانة في المستوى المتوسط، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.05≥a) في درجة تفعيل التعليم الدمجي في المدارس الخاصة في محافظة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدراسات العليا، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيري العمر، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of activation of inclusive education in the principals of private schools from the point of view of teachers in the governorate of Madaba, with different views of different age, scientific qualification, and years of experience.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used.

A questionnaire was used consisting of (32) items distributed in four areas (school environment, community and parents, educational programs for people with special needs, and clarity of teacher role and nature).

The sample of the study consisted of (203) teachers and teachers.

The study showed the following results: The degree of activating the principals of the private schools from the point of view of teachers in the governorate of Madaba was average on the total score.

The areas of the questionnaire were at the intermediate level, (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of activation of inclusive education in private schools in Madaba from teachers' point of view, according to the variable of scientific qualification for the benefit of postgraduate studies.

No statistically significant differences according to age variables and years of experience.
