Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للشفافية الإدارية في كليات المجتمع الخاصة في محافظة عمان وعلاقتها بالتفاؤل الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظرهم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (181) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت استبانتان الأولى لقياس درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام في كليات المجتمع في محافظة عمان للشفافية الإدارية، والثانية لقياس مستوى التفاؤل الأكاديمي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية.

وكانت النتائج كما يأتي: إن درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للشفافية الإدارية في كليات المجتمع الخاصة محافظة عمان من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كانت متوسطة.

إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.30).

وكذلك درجة التفاؤل الأكاديمي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات المجتمع الخاصة في محافظة عمان من وجهة نظرهم كانت متوسطة.

إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.40).

هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ (aبين درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للشفافية الإدارية ودرجة التفاؤل الأكاديمي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في هذه الكليات.

وكذلك هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ (aلدرجة تطبيق الشفافية الإدارية، تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث.

ويوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥(a لدرجة تطبيق الشفافية الإدارية، تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح فئة الماجستير.

ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 (a≤لدرجة التفاؤل الأكاديمي، تبعا لمتغير الجنس، أو لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the application degree of the academic department's heads of administrative transparency at Private community colleges in Amman governorate and its relationship to Faculty Members academic optimism from their point of view.

To achieve this objective, the researcher selects a sample of faculty members in community colleges in Amman governorate reached (181) faculty members.

Who were drawn from the population of the study by using stratified random sample.

Tow questionnaires were used to collect data: the first was to measure the application degree of the academic department's heads of administrative transparency at community colleges in Amman governorate, the second was to measure the level of teacher’s academic optimism.

The finding of the study were as follows: The level of the application degree of the academic departments heads of administrative transparency at community colleges in Amman governorate was medium from Faculty Members point of view, the mean was (3.30), the level of Faculty Members academic optimism was medium from their point of view, the mean was (3.40), There was a statistically significant positive relationship at (α ≤ 0.05) between the level of the application degree of the academic departments heads of administrative transparency, and the level of Faculty Members academic optimism, there were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the level of the application degree of the academic departments heads of administrative transparency attributed to gender, there were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) to the point of application of administrative transparency, depending on the variable qualification and for the benefit of MA, and there weren't any statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) for the academic degree of optimism, depending on the variable sex, academic qualification variable.
