Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة الذكاء الروحي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها بدرجة ممارستهم للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد اختيرت عينة عنقودية ثم عينة طبقية عشوائية نسبية من مجتمع الدراسة تكونت من (20) معلما ومعلمة يعملون في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت استبانتان, الأولى لقياس درجة الذكاء الروحي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية, والثانية لقياس درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

وقد تم التأكد من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما.

وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: أن درجة الذكاء الروحي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت متوسطة.

أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت متوسطة.

وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ a) بين درجة الذكاء الروحي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان ودرجة ممارستهم للقيادة التحويلية.

وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ a) في درجة الذكاء الروحي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور في بعدي (الوعي) و(المقدرة على التسامي)، ولمتغير الخبرة ولصالح فئة عشر سنوات فأكثر)، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح فئة (بكالوريوس فما دون).

وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ a) في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة عمان للقيادة التحويلية تبعا لمتغير خبرة المعلم ولصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة أقل من خمس سنوات)، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح (بكالوريوس فما دون)، ولم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ a) تعزى لمتغير الجنس باستثناء بعد (التأثير المثالي _ سلوك) إذ كان الفرق لصالح الذكور.

English Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the degree of the spiritual intelligence, of the governmental secondary school principals, in the Governorate of the Capital Amman, and its relation to the degree of their practicing transformational leadership, from teacher's point of view.

The sample of the study consisted of (320) male and female teachers, working in the governmental secondary schools in the Governorate of the Capital Amman.

Two questionnaires were used to collect data.

The first was to measure the degree of the spiritual intelligence of the governmental secondary school principals.

The second was to measure the degree of practicing transformational leadership by the principals.

Validity and reliability of the two instruments were assured.

The findings of the study were as the following: - The degree of the spiritual intelligence of the governmental school principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman from teachers' point of view was medium.

- The degree of practicing transformational leadership by governmental school principals from teacher's point of view was medium.

- There was a positive significant correlational relationship at (α ≤ 0.01) between the degree of the spiritual intelligence of the governmental secondary school principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman and the degree of their practicing transformational leadership.

- There were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of the spiritual intelligence of governmental secondary school principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman from teacher's point of view attributed to sex variable, in favor of the males, in both dimensions(awareness) and (the ability to transcendental), to experience variable, in favor of "ten years and above " category, and to academic qualification variable, in favor (B.A.

and less) category.

- There were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing transformational leadership by governmental secondary school principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman, attributed to teacher's experience, in favor of (Less than five years) category, and to teacher's academic qualification, in favor of (A.B.

and less) category.

But there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to sex variable except dimension (Idealized Influence – behavior) the difference in favor of the males
