Hereditary nephropathies include a large number of conditions.
Ophthalmologic manifestations during these conditions are varied and all ocular structures may be involved.
Ocular examination has an interest in diagnosis, prognosis and screening for female carriers in X-linked diseases.
In this work, we discussed the particularities of ophthalmologic manifestations in Alport syndrome, nephronophthisis, Lowe syndrome, Bardet Biedl syndrome, Fabry disease, lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase deficiency, nephropathic cystinosis, Primary Hyperoxaluria and nephrosialidosis.

Les néphropathies héréditaires regroupent un grand nombre d’affections.
Les manifestations ophtalmologiques au cours de ces affections sont variées et toutes les structures oculaires peuvent y être impliquées.
L’examen ophtalmologique a un intérêt diagnostique, pronostique et dans le dépistage des femmes conductrices dans les maladies à hérédité liée à l’X.
Dans ce travail, nous avons abordé les particularités des manifestations ophtalmologiques au cours du syndrome d’Alport, la néphronophtise, le syndrome de Lowe, le syndrome de Bardet Biedl, la maladie de Fabry, le déficit en lécithine cholestérol aminotransférase, la cystinose, l’hyperoxalurie primitive type I et la néphrosialidose.
