English Abstract

Child's most important is to invest for the future of Iraq, children are daughters of the future and their leaders where the child is a human value higher attracted the attention of lawmakers at the national and international levels because it is a foundation of the personality of the individual, and I have the researchers ended up in the field of education that the negative facing children in the early years have the obvious effects on behavior in adulthood and talk about the reality of Iraqi children in this difficult stage where the country is going through has led to: : dropping out of the study because of the economic situation of the family - 1 2-Take to the labor market early .

3-The emergence of aggressive behavior in children .

4-deterioration of the health status of children and the preparation of high mortality among children.

5-falling educational level.

emergence of many diseases resulting from malnutrition6- 7-Increase the number of children who are in conflict with the law as a result of extreme poverty.

After the collapse of the dictatorial regime and the collapse of state institutions and the continuation of military operations and involving children from deportation, murder and kidnapping, trading and others which is a product of wars and bloody conflicts that children and women became firewood them because they are vulnerable groups least able to provide protection for themselves.

Kids sometimes also becomes a target for itself where they are exposed to kidnapping and trafficking them or push them toward the practice of criminal acts, as well as children and women are victimized and thus may turn into a tool to violate the rights of others, especially when violence becomes a character of their lives or until Ihtervon crime and end up in delinquency or exploited by terrorist groups.
