Arabic Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة هو التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلميهم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (245) معلقا ومعلمة من المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للواء وادي السير ولغرض جمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من ثلاث مجالات تضمنت (41) فقرة؛ وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: 1- إن دور مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلميهم كان متوسطا.

2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.01 a) تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات: 1- عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس الحكومية حول تنمية وإثارة الأمن الفكري بشكل دوري للارتقاء في مدارسهم.

2- تفعيل العلاقة ما بين المدرسة والبيئة الخارجية بشكل عام وتذليل الصعوبات والعقبات التي تعترض سير العمل.

English Abstract

This Study Aimed at Investigating the Role of The Public Secondary School Principals in Developing Students' Intellectual Security from Their Teacher's Perspectives.

The Sample of The Study Consisted Of (245) Male and Female Secondary School Teachers at Wadi Al-Sair District.

To Collect Data, A Questionnaire Was Developed to Measure the Role of The Public Secondary School Principals in Developing Students' Intellectual Security from Their Teacher's Perspective, The Questionnaire Included Three Major Domains and Contained (41) Items.

This Study Resulted In: 1-The Degree of The Role of Public Secondary School Principals in Developing Students' Intellectual Security from Their Teacher's Perspectives Was Moderate.

2-There Was No Significant Statistical Differences at Level Of (α≤0.01) In the Role of Public Secondary School Principals in Developing Students' Intellectual Security from Their Teacher's Perspectives Related to Sex, Experience and Equalizations Variables.

According To the Study Results, The Researcher Recommended: 1-Holding Training Courses for Public Secondary School About Developing and Motivating the Intellectual Security Continuously to Improve in Their Schools.

2-Activating The Relation Between the School and The External Environment Generally and Overcoming Obstacles and Difficulties Which Hinder the Performance.
