English Abstract

This study aims to identify the quality of health services and the criteria used to evaluate and disclose the dimensions and standards used by customers to evaluate the quality of services provided to them by the private hospital Batna institutions, and the role of these dimensions in determining the level of their satisfaction.

The results showed that the criteria used by customers to evaluate the quality of health services that reflect their level of satisfaction, where they were drawn in the form of the strengths and weaknesses of the institutions hospital.

The study provided a set of recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by private institutions hospitals in Batna and on improving the quality of health services provided to patients.
