The history of Arab and Western nations is based on the inherited civilizations and cultures.

They have to preserve and maintain them in order to move successfully in their lives because it forms their identity which affects their personality through recognizing their customs and traditions.

Culture plays a very important role in improving nations, a lot of writers wrote about the history of their countries depending on the varieties between one place and another, for instance: Abdelhamid Bourayou, Ahmed Zegheb, Ben Ali Mohamed Salah, and Ali Ghanabzia.

Every one of these writers collected and used his own way, they based on roots of the original heritage such as the popular folklore, the popular songs, the popular mysteries, the popular wisdoms, the popular games, the folkish food and wearing, the folkish buildings, dialects … All of them hasten to collect their cultural heritage fearing from globalization and losing the Arabic identity in the proof of development and advance.

According the above mentioned information, we have followed the descriptive method because it is the most appropriate for this topic, we have followed the popular heritage according to the anthropological level by presenting all its faces related to people as human beings and their cultural identity.

As well as the social cultural heritage through presenting some scenes form the traditions of El Oued and Sidi Belabbes societies which has been used in ancient times and still exist till now and showing that it plays a very important role in developing the Algerian society.
