This article aims to showcase the truth about applying a pedagogical skill approach in our educational system.

After a decade of work, by focusing on theoretical foundations and pedagogical perception and educational mechanisms, and through detecting shackles and handicaps that hinder its implementation in desired and appropriate conditions, and by proposing a handful of solutions that would bring a plus to its execution on the field to overcome the difficulties that clog its application.
