Abstract EN

This study investigates the reality of the application of human talent management system in the Saudi private industry sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It also aims to investigate the effect of personal characteristic (age, educational level, job title, and years of experience) on the human talent management system.

To achieve these objectives, (400) questionnaires were distributed to employees in Saudi private industry sector.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a direct relationship (positive) between the human talent factorst and human talent management system (2) The study sample agrees on all areas of human talent management except the area of investment in the development of talent (3) There are statistically significant differences in the response of the respondents to the nature of human talent management system due to personal characteristics (4)The strongest area of human talent management impact on human talent management system in the Saudi industrial sector is the integration of the element of success,are the least is the use of models of functional competencies of different roles.

Based on these results, certain recommendations are suggested.
